About Us

We are a non-union firm in business for over 60 years with:

a core of 20 employees and up to 40 employees on occasion. Core employees have between 15-40 years experience with us.
- 4 are certified Master Electricians
- 10 are certified Fire alarm Technicians
Two work managers are responsible to oversee major projects and to act as liaison with customers.
a distribution and safety manager is responsible for puchasing, control of inventory, tools and vehicles as well as safety training.
a business manager, a veteran electrician, is responsible for controlling all job documentation, job costs and and invoicing.

Trade magazines and technical discussion at staff meetings are augmented by seminars and conferences.
The owner attends seminars each year on safety and advanced technology, e.g. Z462, harmonics drives.
Staff also take courses in management skills, advanced CAD and more.

All are trained in job safety and good work habits.

All new hires must complete safety training before starting work.

All journeymen are trained in First Aid.

Safety meetings are held monthly.

Shop tools and vehicles are maintained in good working order, by specific persons, for safe operation

All electricians wear uniforms and appropriate FR clothing.

In-depth safety and business meetings are held bi-monthly.

We plan and provide volunteer electrical services for a tent city for a local youth conference.
We participate in the OYAP Advisory Committee for youth apprenticeship.
We participate in local career fairs.
We generously fund a number of not-for-profit organizations.
